How going back to school at 30 (to learn how to make cartoons) led me to finding my calling in business development and advertising inside a digital marketing agency.
In my 20’s, I did it all. I washed cars. Waited tables. Completed a short stint as a private eye. Taught snowboarding. Sold shoes. Sold mortgages. Sold all kinds of stuff. I even grew a successful wedding photography business and traveled the world from Moscow to Mexico.
But with every pivot I felt my career (if you could even call it that) slipping away. I struggled because I wanted to be an artist.
But the only thing that seemed to pay the bills was being a salesman.
It was only when I realized I could be both… that I tapped into my special power to mix art with sales and saw massive results… not just for myself… but for my clients…
